Stresscoaching

– the path to an authentic everyday life

Stress is closely related to the lack of an authentic everyday life: An everyday life where you focus on your health and self-management, so that you are able to hold on to yourself during external upheavals.

Stress coaching is an effective tool for preventing and alleviating negative stress. Through a course of stress coaching, you will typically gain greater physical and mental strength, and you will be given tools to find and tackle the underlying causes of your stress.

Stress coaching course

A stress coaching course takes place over seven sessions. Each session lasts approx. one hour. During the course, we will jointly uncover your symptoms of stress, and we will find a way to de-stress that you benefit from. This could be, for example, meditation or relaxation. At the same time, I look at the connection to your sleep – and often the lack of it – as well as your diet and daily rhythms.

During the course, I will ask you to keep a stress diary. I do this because it gives you an overview of things in your everyday life that particularly trigger your stress, and to give you the opportunity to see the patterns that are present and cause stress. For example, when do you get a rush of thoughts, and how can you structure yourself out of this state?

We will also look at your priorities.

Do you prioritize yourself, or do you take the most consideration for your surroundings; colleagues and family? Through mental training you get to practice – with the help of your subconscious – raising your self-esteem and increasing your authentic presence. At this stage in the process, you have the ballast to be able to prevent relapses in stress, because you know the symptoms and feel them clearly in your body as soon as they occur.
