Conflict mediation
Find peace in conflicts – create well-being and job satisfaction
In educational and healthcare work, conflicts are often a natural part of everyday life. In residential care facilities, treatment facilities, hospitals and elderly care, tensions can arise between residents, employees and management. Unresolved conflicts create unrest, stress and dissatisfaction, which can affect both professional work and relationships between people. In this area of tension, the workplace can benefit from professional help from an impartial third party, who can loosen up stubborn positions and create mutual understanding and a willingness to dialogue.
Professional conflict mediator with 20 years of experience
I offer conflict mediation that creates long-lasting solutions and strengthens relationships. With 20 years of experience in the educational and healthcare fields, I have extensive experience in working constructively with complex conflict situations. Both in management and staff groups and among people where special needs and outward-looking behavior require a professional and human approach as well as an expanded understanding of the individual's special needs.
I help you to:
• Prevent conflicts by spotting needs and potential challenges before they develop into a real problem.
• De-escalate acute conflicts using methods such as need regulation, shielding and appreciative dialogue.
• Resolve conflicts and strengthen cooperation through mediation and structured conversation that creates understanding and respect for individual points of view.
• Increase well-being and peace of mind for both citizens and employees by creating a positive and appreciative environment.
Methods of change
I am a trained conflict mediator at reCome. My approach is based on proven methods within, among others, parallel processes, needs theory and targeted stress management, but also on intuition and pedagogical practice from my many years of work with people in particularly vulnerable situations. I work from a holistic understanding of conflicts, where I not only look at the situation itself, but also at the underlying needs and relationships.
Together we can create understanding and find a way forward. Conflicts can feel difficult and exhausting, but they also hold the potential for change and deeper understanding. Conflict mediation is a journey where both parties are listened to with respect and care. It is not about finding out who is right, but about discovering what really matters to both of you.
A mediator creates a safe space where you can work together to find solutions that not only solve the problem, but also strengthen the relationship. When we meet each other with openness and a willingness to understand, even the biggest disagreements can be turned into new beginnings.
You don't have to stand alone in a conflict. There is always a way forward when we choose to listen, understand and work together. Do you dare to take the first step towards reconciliation and shared strength?
