Move your training into nature and become happier and stronger. - It sounds simple, and it actually is. Nature as a training room contains all the possibilities you need. Different terrains and levels, tree stumps and fallen logs can all be used to strengthen your muscles and your inner and outer balance. Research shows that nature also has the potential to counteract depression and reduce stress. Why not use this knowledge actively?

Malene Goddard is a trained yoga instructor & stress therapist and has taught yoga for 14 years. She is also affiliated with the Arthritis Association's Nature Training Project as a nature trainer for young people and adults and has extensive insight into the possibilities of training your strength and balance outdoors.

Nature training

Whether you participate in a group or an individual program, you will be instructed to use the body's natural movements and the terrain around you to build strength and flexibility in a sustainable way. And regardless of your physical level, you will be challenged through training in nature.

Training programs at Autentisk-hverdag include exercises and activities that improve your fitness, balance, flexibility, and increase your body awareness and coordination. We believe that the balance between body and mind is essential for achieving holistic health.

Yoga in nature

Nature offers the ideal setting for practicing yoga. It can be in the forest, in the park or by the water. Yoga is a recognized method for strengthening inner peace, but also for reducing stress. In fact, research shows that yoga and breathing exercises can simultaneously help reduce chronic pain.

Our yoga lessons in nature are held in small groups and are also offered as individual courses. Depending on your level, you will be guided through exercises that strengthen your body, increase your flexibility and agility, and bring peace to your mind.
