In 2017, I started the company "Authentic Everyday Life". I did this after working with imbalances in personal authenticity for more than 10 years. Among other things, as a counselor for people with severe stress symptoms.
Stress occurs in many different contexts. What is common is that the symptoms are a physical reaction to an external physical or psychological stress. This can be work-related, in private life or in connection with, for example, illness and injury.
Throughout my working life, I have been in close contact with people in extremely stressful situations. Among others, people who were born with a mental/physical disability that requires a respirator, people who have been exposed to severe trauma or have suffered functional impairments, for example in accidents. I have also seen how extreme the consequences of stress can be for the individual.
Through my work with these people, I have been particularly concerned with how I have been able to help individuals in crisis situations to remain calm, be met at eye level and gain peace of mind about their situation in order to thereby improve the person's quality of life. This concern has led me to train as a stress therapist in 2018 and thereby obtain papers in the work I have worked with intuitively for many years.
